Eddie by Giddy: an oval, urethra-sparing wearable sold as an FDA Class II listed ED device. Listed $188-$288, single $188, 2-pack $288 on tryeddie.com as of 2026-09-16; starter kit listed $598. People look for an alternative when the price, the numbness, the adhesive pad, the app, or the sizing system is the thing they do not want.
An alternative is not a clone. It is a different constraint.
What Eddie by Giddy is
- Material: firm elastomer, open underside
- Sizing: four widths, A through D, with a resizing policy
- Mechanism: constriction that Giddy says leaves the urethra and underside arteries less compressed
- Strengths: Class II listing; HSA/FSA eligibility stated by Giddy; sized system; company-cited 12-week trial
- Limits: several times the price of a silicone set; still cannot create an erection from nothing
- Best for: men who want a medical-device purchase, HSA billing, or who found circular rings painful on the urethra
- Skip it if: men who have not yet tested whether any constriction helps
Giddy cites a twelve-week trial with 60 participants. Read the paper, not the headline.

When Eddie by Giddy still wins
men who want a medical-device purchase, HSA billing, or who found circular rings painful on the urethra. We are not going to talk you out of a listed medical device, a pump-matched tension ring, or a lidocaine spray if that is the mechanism you already chose. This page exists so you do not buy those by accident when a $25–$50 product was the actual question.
Safety
The Mammoth, Dragon and Red Tiger product pages say thirty minutes maximum and never while sleeping. Remove at once on numbness, pain, coldness or a dark colour change.
